I am a late-diagnosed AuDHD professional and certified neurodiversity coach. I help neurodivergent professionals build careers that are authentic, sustainable, and genuinely theirs.
You received your diagnosis as an adult — and instead of the support you expected, you were largely left to figure it out on your own. You are good at your job. You know you are. But the workplace feels like it was designed for someone else entirely, and the effort of operating within it is quietly exhausting.
You have spent years wondering why things that seem effortless for colleagues take so much out of you.
You mask so consistently at work that by Friday evening you have nothing left.
You have been told you are "too intense", "too sensitive", or "not a team player" — by people who simply did not understand how your brain works.
You are navigating a disclosure decision and have no idea who to trust or what the consequences might be.
You are good at what you do, but you are burning out trying to sustain it.
Since your diagnosis, you have been re-reading your entire career history through a new lens — and you are not sure what to do with what you are finding.
You want to build a career that genuinely works for you — not a version of yourself that works for everyone else.
If any of this resonates, you are in the right place.
Coaching with me is not about fixing you or making you more palatable to a neurotypical world. It is about understanding how your brain actually works, building on your genuine strengths, and finding a way of working that is sustainable, authentic, and yours.

I am a late-diagnosed AuDHD professional, and that experience is at the heart of everything I do as a coach. I know what it is like to spend years wondering why the workplace feels so much harder than it should, and I know the profound shift that comes when you finally understand your own neurotype.
That lived experience, combined with rigorous professional training, is what I bring to every coaching relationship. I am a certified neurodiversity coach through Efficient Coach, a student member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and I hold a Higher Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Beyond my coaching and therapeutic training, I bring over two decades of senior leadership experience in industry — including an MBA, a Fellowship of the Institute of Leadership, and a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. I understand the corporate world from the inside, and I understand what it takes to navigate it as a neurodivergent person.
I work specifically with late-diagnosed autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD professionals — adults who received their diagnosis after years in the workplace and are navigating what that means for their career, their identity, and their wellbeing.
Every coaching relationship is different. These are the areas I most commonly work on with clients — though our sessions will always be shaped by what you actually need.
You know you are capable of more, but every conventional career path feels like it was designed for someone else.
Together we map a direction that makes genuine sense for your neurotype — whether that means finding a role that fits, pursuing a promotion, or simply understanding why your current position is costing you so much energy.
You have real strengths, but translating them into a process designed by and for neurotypical people feels exhausting and inauthentic.
We work on your CV, your interview technique, and how to communicate who you actually are — confidently and without masking or over-explaining yourself.
You are managing a situation at work — a difficult manager, a disclosure decision, or a request for accommodations — and you are not sure who to trust or what your rights actually are.
Having a coach who has navigated this from the inside makes an enormous difference. We work through the practical and emotional dimensions of your specific situation together.
You are running on empty, and you are not sure how much longer you can sustain it — or you have already hit a wall and are trying to find your way back.
Burnout is not a personal failing. It is the predictable result of operating in environments that were not designed for you. We work on understanding your energy, your limits, and how to build a way of working that is genuinely sustainable.
Your diagnosis explained a great deal — but it also left you re-reading your entire career history through a new lens, and you are not sure what to do with what you are finding.
A late diagnosis can be both a relief and a disruption. This work creates space to process that shift and use it as a foundation for intentional, grounded next steps.
The boundary between work and the rest of your life has become almost invisible, and you are losing yourself in the process.
For neurodivergent professionals, conventional work-life balance advice rarely applies. We explore what genuine balance looks like for you specifically, and build strategies that protect your energy and wellbeing.
"My approach integrates therapeutic understanding with coaching expertise — so we can address both the practical challenges and the deeper patterns that underlie them."
My qualifications span coaching, therapeutic training, and senior corporate leadership. This combination is rare — and it is what allows me to work with the full complexity of a neurodivergent professional's experience.
