Positive Perspectives

Neurodiversity-informed coaching for adults navigating work, identity, and life after late diagnosis.

I offer a small amount of one-to-one coaching for people who have discovered later in life that they are autistic, ADHD, or both, and are working to understand what that means alongside demanding careers and responsibilities.

This is practical, reflective work focused on making life more sustainable — not changing who you are, but understanding how you function best.

Background

My interest in this area grew from my own experience of late diagnosis and burnout while working in senior industry roles. What began as personal recovery evolved into a professional focus on helping other neurodivergent adults reduce strain, rebuild confidence, and design ways of working that actually fit them.

I do not run a high-volume coaching practice. I work with a limited number of people at any one time.
